The In-House-Service means the repair of spindles itself, the changing of bearings, the overhouls of the bearings seats, the replacement of the motor and/or the clamping unit.

In any case the spindle is undergoing a detailed analysis which is the basis for the cost estimation the customer will receive after this is completed. This gives the guarantee that all main failures are revealed and known and are ready to be treated individually.

Balancing
Spindle components and parts whoch are running under higher speed must undergo a balancing check in order to accieve smooth running results. The parts e.g. tool holders will then be treated accoring to the manufacturers description or the needed accuracy at the nominal speed according to ISO 1940. Each part is being recorded by a computerized balancing documentation.
