Our story – how it all began
Deuschle Spindel-Service GmbH has specialized in the repair and manufacturing of spindle units for over 60 years. The foundation was laid in 1966 when company founder Karl Deuschle contributed his extensive expertise in HSC (high-speed cutting) technology. As a technical consultant, he established early on a commitment to precision and service quality that continues to shape our company's direction today.
With rising demand and increasing individualization in mechanical and automotive engineering, Deuschle has consistently developed its service concepts. Our range of services now extends from classic bearing replacement to regrinding and fine balancing, all the way to retrofitting and the development of new spindle systems, including integrated Industry 4.0 functions. This expertise, built up over decades, is valued by long-standing customers worldwide.
The Deuschle team consists of over 50 qualified employees in Germany, as well as branches in South Korea, Portugal, and England. Our spindle solutions are used in a wide variety of industries, including metal processing, energy, electronics, precision manufacturing , medical technology , aerospace , automotive and supplier industries , jewelry and precision mechanics , CNC manufacturing , defense and defense , and wood and plastics processing . In these markets, Deuschle is recognized as a high-performing system partner with extensive technical expertise.
A core element of our philosophy is reliable, practical customer service. We work closely with customers who value short response times, clear technical coordination, and customized solutions. We offer maintenance and repair contracts for specific machines and applications. Furthermore, we modify existing spindles and develop new spindles in close collaboration with our customers. Design is carried out using the PTC Creo Parametric CAD system.
As a system supplier, our offering is not limited to the spindle alone. We also supply all peripheral components required for safe and reliable operation – including frequency converters, cooling units, tool holders, finely filtered lubricants, and other accessories. Exchange spindles are also available to minimize downtime.
