Our manufacturing technologies

Precision arises from the controlled interplay of manufacturing, materials, metrology, and assembly. Our manufacturing process is designed precisely for this purpose.

At Deuschle, almost all relevant processing steps are carried out in-house – from mechanical processing to high-precision grinding processes, assembly and subsequent quality testing.

This continuous process chain makes it possible to directly influence all dimensionally and functionally critical parameters, to detect deviations early and to ensure that every component in the overall system functions precisely and reliably.

Here's what our customers say

Deuschle manufactured several precision parts for our spindle repair, exactly according to CAD data. The parts fit perfectly, the repair went smoothly, and our machine was quickly back in operation.

Thomas Berger - Service Manager Mechanical Engineering

For a critical component of our production plant, neither current drawings nor complete design documentation were available. Deuschle precisely measured the defective part, reconstructed the missing data, and produced a dimensionally and functionally identical replacement. The replacement part fit perfectly, and our machine was quickly back in operation. We were particularly impressed by their technical expertise in reconstructing complex components.

Andreas Müller - Head of Maintenance at a mechanical engineering company

Deuschle manufactured the required precision parts with perfect accuracy during the spindle repair of our production line. Thanks to the high quality and short response time, we were able to minimize downtime.

Martin Hoffmann - Aerospace supplier industry

Since spare parts were no longer available for our machine, Deuschle had the required components reproduced to the same dimensions and function. The repair went smoothly and the system is back in reliable operation.

Peter Schneider - Head of Maintenance

Frequently Asked Questions

_MG_1644.jpg
  • If original spare parts from the machine manufacturer are discontinued or no longer available, replacing the machine is usually not an economical solution. In these cases, the reproduction of the affected components with identical dimensions and functions is a viable option.

Based on existing components, drawings, or samples, discontinued OEM parts can be structurally analyzed, technically evaluated, and remanufactured. Fits, materials, surface finishes, and functional relationships are specifically considered, ensuring that the replacement part can be integrated into the existing machine without modifications.

The reproduction process includes subsequent dimensional and functional testing, ensuring that the replacement part is technically verifiable, ready for installation and fully documented.

    In short:
When the OEM no longer offers a solution, targeted spare parts remanufacturing ensures the availability, precision and lifespan of your machine – without unnecessary investments in new equipment.

  • For the production of precision parts, we primarily need clear information about the geometry, function, and installation situation of the component . The more complete the data, the faster and more reliably production can be carried out.

Ideally, you should provide us with:

    • Technical drawings with dimensions and tolerances

    • 3D CAD data (e.g. STEP) for direct further processing

    • Information on material, heat and surface treatment

    • Information on the function and installation situation of the component

Also important are details about the interface to the machine, e.g.:

    • Tool holders such as SK, HSK, BT, Capto, etc. (standardized connection between machine and component)

    • Relevant standards (DIN, ISO) that ensure the part fits exactly into your machine

If complete documentation is unavailable: No problem – in many cases a sample part or a defective component is sufficient. Missing data can be determined through measurement and reconstruction (reverse engineering) .

    In short:
We need all the information that describes what the component must look like, how it functions, and where it will be used. Based on this, we can manufacture a ready-to-install, standards-compliant, and reliable precision part .

  • Yes. All manufactured and repaired parts are fully inspected and documented. The goal is to ensure that components are dimensionally accurate, functionally flawless, and can be installed in the machine with traceable testing results .

Depending on the component and application, the test includes:

    • Dimensional control of all relevant geometries (e.g. fits, bearing seats, mounts)

    • Testing of form and position tolerances (e.g. runout, concentricity)

    • Control of function-relevant characteristics in the µ-range

    • possibly additional tests during assembly

The measurements are performed using suitable measuring technology (e.g., coordinate measuring machines or in-process measuring systems). Results are recorded measurably and documented in a traceable manner.

    For maintenance, this means:

    • You will receive tested, ready-to-install components.

    • Relevant measurements and test results are documented and traceable.

    • Any deviations are clearly identifiable and evaluated.

    In short:
The parts are not only manufactured, but also tested and documented in such a way that they can be used with technical certainty – without additional tests or uncertainties in the installation process.

  • Yes. We manufacture both individual parts and prototypes with the highest precision.

The focus is on precision-critical components and assemblies, such as those typically used in machine tools and spindle-related applications.

Especially with individual parts, custom-made products, or prototypes, close coordination of technical requirements is crucial. Therefore, manufacturing is consistently carried out according to your specifications.

    • Drawings and CAD data

    • Dimensional and tolerance specifications

    • Standards and interfaces (e.g. SK, HSK, BT, Capto)

    • Material and functional requirements

    Typical applications include:

    • Custom-made products for spare parts needs

    • Reproduction of discontinued OEM parts

    • Prototypes for new or modified assemblies

    • complex rotationally symmetrical components with internal contours

If complete documentation is unavailable, components can also be manufactured based on:

    • Samples or old parts

    • Surveying and reconstruction (reverse engineering)

    to be redesigned and manufactured.

All parts are fully inspected and documented before delivery, including dimensional, form, and functional characteristics. This ensures you receive ready-to-install components that can be integrated into the machine without any additional rework.

    For maintenance, this means:

    • fast and secure solution even for individual needs or special cases

    • Technically validated components with documented quality

    • Reduction of downtime through precise manufacturing without rework

    In short:
Whether individual part, spare part or prototype – we manufacture components so that they are dimensionally correct, compliant with standards and can be used reliably in your application.

  • Yes. Design and work preparation are part of our service.
If drawings or data are missing, we take over the reconstruction and design based on sample parts, measurements and available information.

Tolerances, fits, materials, and interfaces (e.g., SK, HSK, BT, Capto) are all taken into account in a technically sound manner. Implementation takes place directly in production.

    For you, this means:

    • Even incompletely documented parts can be reproduced.

    • no additional coordination effort with external bodies

    • Continuous process up to the ready-to-install, tested component

    In short:
From data acquisition to the finished part, you receive everything from a single source – technically coordinated and ready for use.
