Our service technicians replace the spindle directly on-site at your machine – including geometry adjustment, installation, and commissioning. Normally, a repair requires two separate appointments for removal and installation.
After the spindle replacement, please send the defective spindle back to us . It will then become our property. The newly installed spindle belongs to you.
Alternatively, you can also order the appropriate replacement spindle without a service technician.We have a large selection of exchange spindles available for you. If a suitable spindle is available , we guarantee the exchange within 12-48 hours.
Your defective spindle will be professionally analyzed and technically assessed.
Upon receipt, the first step is disassembly and assessment . We examine and measure all relevant components to clearly identify the damage and evaluate its repairability.Based on this analysis, you will receive a clear report with a cost overview. The spindle will only be repaired after your approval. If a repair is not technically or economically feasible, we will inform you openly and present alternative solutions , such as a replacement spindle or a completely new solution.

To ensure they are always ready for use, the stored spindles are regularly subjected to run-in and operating cycles . This applies particularly to grease-lubricated spindles , where a uniform lubricant distribution and slowing down the aging process are crucial.
